摘　　要：通过构建公路货物运输信息平台评价指标体系和评价模型选取出样本平台,采用计算机技术从样本平台上获取货运数据,搭建货物运输大数据平台,运用指数编制理论建立运价指数计算模型,最后通过算例进行了模型演算。基于大数据平台的运价指数计算方法解决了以往运价指数区域不平衡的缺点,为公路货物运价指数的编制提供一种新思路。In this paper, through establishing the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the highway freight transportation information platform, we selected the sample platform, extracted from it the freight transport data using computer technology, set up the freight transport big data platform as well as the freight charge index computation model and at the end, demonstrated the model through a numerical example.
