摘　　要：概述了战备物资储备法规体系的相关概念,对战备物资储备法规体系研究现状进行了综述,总结和梳理了我军与外军的战备物资储备、战储法规和战储法规体系等建设情况,最后针对战备物资储备法规体系研究进行了述评,对于我军战备物资储备法规体系建设具有重要现实指导意义。In this paper, we summarized the relevant concepts of the war reserve legal and regulatory system, reviewed the current status of the researches on it, went over the construction of the war reserve, laws and regulatory systems of the Chinese army and foreign armies, and at the end, commented on the effectiveness of the researches.
