摘　　要：军事物流基地选址影响因素繁多,需要采取定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法来综合决策分析。分析了选址的影响因素,并建立指标评价体系,采用主成分分析法筛选出军事物流基地候选点,在此基础上用最大覆盖模型确定选址方案,并用实例验证了该方法的可行性,为军事物流基地的选址提供了参考方法。In this paper, we analyzed the factors influencing the location of a military logistics base, built the relevant evaluation index system, and used the PCA to identify the candidate locations for the military logistics base, on the basis of which, we finalized the location using the maximum coverage model. At the end, through an empirical case, we demonstrated the feasibility of the method.
