清热凉血化瘀法治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎及其对患者血清SOD、NO、t-PA影响

摘　　要：目的:探究清热凉血化瘀法治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎及其对患者血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化硫(NO)、组织型纤溶酯原激活物(t-PA)的影响。方法:将100例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上应用清热凉血化瘀法中药治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程之后,观察两组患者中医症状积分及血清SOD、NO、t-PA改善情况,并进行统计学分析处理,计算两组临床疗效。结果:(1)治疗后两组患者临床症状均有改善,实验组的总有效率为86.0%,对照组仅为76.0%,实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后观察两组患者各中医症状积分的改善情况,实验组治疗后改善程度优于对照组,实验结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后观察两组患者血清SOD、NO、t-PA改善情况,各指标均有所改善,且实验组变化程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热凉血化瘀法中药能够明显调节患者体质,促进四肢气血运行,加强血液循环,扩张血管减少血栓形成,有效治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎,对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the effect of clearing heat,cooling blood and resolving stasis method in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans and the serum SOD,NO,t-PA of patients. Methods：A total of 100 patients with thromboangiitis obliterans were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group,control group given conventional Western medicine treatment,the experimental group in the control group treatment based on the application of learing heat,cooling blood and resolving stasis method. Two groups in 4 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment after 3 period of treatment,observe two groups of patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral and serum SOD,NO,t-PA to improve the situation,and carries on the statistical analysis,two groups of clinical curative effect. Results：（1）Two groups of patients＇ clinical symptoms were improved after treatment,the experimental group total effective rate was 86.0%,the control group was only 76.0%,the experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2）After treatment to observe the improvement of the two groups of patients with the TCM symptom integral,the experimental group improved after treatment is better than that of control group,the experimental results was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.（3）Observed in the two groups after treatment in patients with serum SOD,NO,t-PA improvement,various indexes fell,and the experimental group decreased degree is better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clearing heat,cooling blood and resolving stasis method can significantly adjust physique,promote limb blood running,strengthen the blood circulation,dilate blood vessels to reduce thrombosis,effective treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans,the finding has a guidance on clinical significance,is worth clinical promotion.
