摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨社会文化障碍对用户信息搜索行为的影响。[方法/过程]从语言障碍、社会歧视和文化禁忌障碍、小世界障碍、制度障碍、组织障碍、经济障碍等方面进行探讨。[结果/结论]语言障碍的影响表现为信息搜索范围缩小,社会歧视和文化禁忌障碍的影响表现为隐瞒信息搜索意图和限制信息搜索行为,小世界障碍的影响表现为避免从外部世界中寻求信息,制度障碍的影响表现为政府部门或图书馆阻止个人获取信息,组织障碍的影响表现为阻碍员工交流信息,经济障碍的影响表现为可供搜索的信息资源匮乏。掌握这些因素对用户信息搜索行为的影响路径,可以为用户提供信息搜索的其他途径,提高图书馆信息服务水平。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to discuss influences of socio-cultural barriers on information search behavior.[Method/process]The paper discusses the influences from aspects of language barrier, social discrimination and cultural taboo, smallworld barrier, institutional barrier, organizational barrier, and economic hurdle. [Result/conclusion]Influence of language barrier shows up as narrow search scope, that of social discrimination and cultural taboo show up as concealing information search intentions and limiting information search behaviors, that of small-world barrier shows up as avoiding search information from the outer world, that of institutional barrier shows up as preventing individuals getting information by government or library, that of organizational barrier shows up as hindering employee communication, and that of economic hurdle shows up as lack of information resource. Knowing well influential paths of the factors on users＇ information search behaviors, can help to provide more other approaches to information search, and improve library＇s service level.
