摘　　要：本文通过分析我国地方高校内部管理行政化的弊端,提出以实行"大部制"改革为手段去除高校行政化。降低行政成本,提高管理绩效是地方高校可持续发展的核心任务。同时,本文对地方高校如何进行"大部制"改革进行了阐述。The thesis analysis the disadvantage of administerization in local colleges in our country and proposes to remove it by super-ministry reform. The main task of local colleges’ sustainable development is to improve the management performance. In the meantime, the thesis states how to conduct the super-ministry reform of local colleges.
