摘　　要：当前我国大学英语教学进入后大学英语时代,从最初占大比例学时发展到现在的压缩学时。广西高校大学英语教学面临着学时压缩要求与本地大学生落后的英语综合应用能力水平之间的矛盾,"互联网+"与翻转课堂的教学改革结合为解决这一矛盾提供了有益的参考和探索。Nowadays the class hours of college English teaching has been reduced greatly in the post college English era, which presents a sharp contradiction between the requirement of reduction of English class hours and the students’ low proficiency of English in Guangxi local Universities. The combination of Internet Plus and Flipped Classroom provides an effective solution to settle the dilemma.
