摘 要:介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司呼和浩特石化分公司2.80 Mt/a催化裂化装置掺炼加氢改质柴油以增产汽油的工业应用结果。对比分析了该装置掺炼加氢改质柴油前后的原料性质、主要工艺参数、反应物料平衡和产品性质情况。标定结果表明,催化裂化装置掺炼加氢改质柴油可以增产汽油;从产品分布变化情况看,汽油产品收率达到22.36%;从油品性质的变化情况看,汽油中芳烃含量有所增加,汽油研究法辛烷值增加约0.3单位。The results of commercial application of blending hydrotreated diesel into FCCU feed to in- crease the yield of gasoline in the 2.80 MM TPY FCC unit of PetroChina Huhhot Petrochemical Company are introduced. The properties of feedstocks, main operating conditions, reaction material balance and product properties of the unit before and after the diesel blending are compared and analyzed. The results of perform- ance tests show that the blending of hydrotreated diesel into FCCU feed can increase gasoline yield of the FCC unit. As seen from the variation of product distribution, the yield of gasoline is as high as 22.36%. As seen from variation of product properties, the content of aromatics in gasoline has been increased, and RON of FCC gasoline is enhanced by 0.3 unit.
