摘 要:试验以豆粕为唯一磷源,配制一组梯度磷水平饲粮,总磷水平分别为0.74、1.55、2.30、3.10 g/kg DM,同时设无磷日粮作为对照。采用Sibbald强饲技术,利用无磷日粮法、线性回归法或差量法测定成年蛋公鸡内源磷排泄量。结果表明,在磷水平低于鸡的磷营养需要量的条件下,磷摄入量和排泄量间存在线性关系,线性回归法或差量法测得的鸡内源磷与无磷日粮法的测定结果一致;海兰父母代公鸡内源磷排泄量为204 mg/kg DMI,豆粕总磷的真利用率为53.60%。In this study,phosphorus-free diet method,linear regression method and difference method were used to determine endogenous phosphorus loss. Soybean meal was the only source of phosphorus, the different levels of total phosphorus was 0.74, 1.55,2.30, 3.10 g/kg DM, respectively. A diet of phosphorus-free diet was also included as the control. The precise feeding method of Sibbald was used in this study. The result indicated that there was a linear relationship between dietary phosphorus intake (mg/kg DMI)and phosphorus output (mg/kg DMI)on condition that the amount of phosphorus in diets was below the demand of adult layers. The amount of endogenous phosphorus determined by both linear regression method and difference method was in accordance with that of phosphorus-free diet method. The endogenous phosphorus output of Hy-Line parent layers was 204 mg/kg DMI and the true availability of total phosphorus in soybean meal was 53.60%.
