摘　　要：沙门菌病是一种常见的人畜共患传染病,严重危害畜禽和人类健康。先天免疫研究发现鸡防御素在抵抗沙门菌的侵害中发挥重要的作用。文章对鸡防御素基因的结构、表达分布、克隆研究及其与沙门菌抗性关系的研究进展作一综述,并对未来研究进行了展望。Salmonellosis is a common zoonotic disease, seriously endangering the health of animals and human. According to innate immune response research,it has been found that chicken gallinaeins gene can play an important immune function in resisting Salmonella invasion. In this paper, the progress of structure, expression and distribution, cloning research of gallinacins gene and its resistance to Salmonella were reviewed, and of chicken gallinacins were put forward the prospects.
