中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎活动期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)活动期湿热内蕴证的临床疗效。方法:选取70例UC活动期湿热内蕴证患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。2组均予常规治疗和护理干预,对照组在常规治疗与护理干预基础上加西药保留灌肠,观察组在常规治疗和护理干预基础上加中药保留灌肠,每晚睡前1次,连续治疗30天。治疗后观察2组临床症状、结肠镜及病理检查的改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率88.57%,对照组治疗总有效率65.71%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组3项临床症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗UC活动期湿热内蕴证,能有效改善患者的临床症状,疗效优于西药保留灌肠。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine retention enema in treating ulcerative colitis（UC）with internal accumulation of damp-heat syndrome in active stage.Methods：Selected 70 cases of UC patients of internal accumulation of damp- heat syndrome in active stage,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,35 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment and nursing intervention.The control group additionally received western medicine retention enema,while the observation group additionally received Chinese medicine retention enema.Both groups received treatment for once every night before sleep and for 30 days continuously.Observed improvements of the clinical symptom,colonoscope and pathological examination in both groups after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 88.57%in the observation group and 65.71%in the control group,the significant difference being found in the comparison between two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea and bloody mucopurulent stool in both groups were decreased,comparing with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Scores of three clinical symptoms in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of Chinese medicine retention enema for UC with internal accumulation of damp- heat syndrome in active stage can effectively enhance clinical symptoms.Its curative effect is superior to that of western medicine retention enema.
