摘  要:海洋观测仪器是人类进行海洋资源勘查和水文参数采集的必备工具。针对部分国产海洋观测仪器可靠性水平较低的问题,对该类仪器可靠性试验技术及相关标准进行了探索。考虑到国产海洋观测仪器的特殊性,提出了在仪器工程研制阶段开展适当的可靠性增长摸底试验来暴露产品的潜在缺陷并初步评估产品的可靠性水平。首先,简要介绍了可靠性试验的分类及应用阶段;其次,分析了在海洋观测仪器开展可靠性摸底增长试验的适应性问题;最后,以新研制GPS测波浮标为例,设计了可靠性摸底增长试验方案并开展了实验室试验验证。Marine observation instruments are essential tools for resource exploration and hydrological parameter acquisition. Aiming at some domestic marine observation instruments' low reliability, this paper explores the reliability test technologies and related standards for such instruments. Considering the particularity of domestic marine observation instruments, it puts forward that reliability preexposure and growth test could be carried out in the development phase of product engineering to expose the potential defects of products and evaluate products' reliability level preliminary. Firstly, it briefs on the classification and application of reliability test. Secondly, it analyzes the adaptability problems of reliability test in the field of marine observation instruments. Finally, taking the newly developed GPS wave buoy as an example, it designs the reliability testing scheme and carries out the laboratory test.
