摘　　要：由于城市发展而带来公共空间与人际交往的割裂,在本质上使得人们对公共文化空间的渴望和需求被掩盖在价值取向多元化和社会公共性缺失的表象之下。单纯地从物理层面的公共空间来考量公共文化设施的建设,并不能解决公共文化服务最终要实现的文化治理功效--城市公共精神的塑造问题。因此,公共文化服务建设的空间维度之引入将有助于城市公共文化服务建设在多个维度上的展开和实施。The isolation of public space and interpersonal communication resulting from city development essentially makes people's passion to public cultural space be hidden under the superficial phenomena of diverse values and the lack of social publicity. Only evaluating the construction of public cultural facilities from the physical level cannot solve the problem of social public spirit forging,which is the cultural governance effect needed to be realized. Therefore,the introduce of the space dimensionality will help promote the multi-dimensional implementing of urban public cultural service construction.
