双测站拟合圆柱面方法的研究

摘  要:全站仪双测站免棱镜模式测量圆柱面上分布均匀的点,利用公共点通过三维坐标转换,将两测站的坐标进行统一;再根据圆柱面的几何性质建立误差方程,在最小二乘约束下进行圆柱拟合,解算圆柱面方程的几何参数。文中详细阐述了该方法的原理与计算过程,并通过算例验证了该圆柱体拟合方法的正确性与质量的可行性。The non -prism mode of the double station of total station is used to measure the points distributed evenly on the cylindrical surface. The coordinates of the two stations are unified through three - dimensional coordinate con- version with common points. And then the error equation is established according to the geometrical properties of cylindrical surface, and the cylindrical surface is fitted constrained by least squares. And accordingly the geometrical parameters of the cylindrical surface equation are obtained. The principle and calculation process of the method are described in detail in the paper, and the correctness and feasibility of the method are also verified by examples.
