摘　　要：目的分析海军部队官兵疾病谱的特点和变化规律,为掌握海军健康整体水平、确定疾病防控优先领域及制定有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集海军部队2009~2011年发病统计资料,按国际疾病分类(ICD-9)及SPSS18.0进行统计分析。结果 7个基层医疗机构的团干以下干部及战士是各单位到基层医疗机构就诊的主要人群,构成比达90%以上;呼吸系统疾病,皮肤病,外伤,骨关节、肌肉疾病和胃肠系统疾病是海军部队各单位的常见病和多发病,其中上呼吸道感染、扁桃体炎、癣的发病率占所有疾病的50%以上,而单纯性腹泻和口腔粘膜溃疡是海军官兵不同于其他军种和地方人群特有的常见病和多发病,居各年度疾病谱的前10位。结论呼吸系统疾病、皮肤病,消化系统疾病及外伤等是海军部队卫生防病工作的重点,对以上疾病应加强监控。Objective To analyze the characteristics and changes of the disease spectrum in the navy in order to provide ref- erence for the control of the overall health level of the navy and determine the priorities of disease prevention and control. Methods Data on the incidence of diseases between 2009 and 2011 in the navy were collected and analyzed statistically with SPSS18.0 according to the international classification of diseases （ICD-9）. Results Between 2009 and 2011, navy officers who rank below a colonel and soldiers were the main population of healthcare at grassroots medical institutions,accounting for more than 90% of the total. Respiratory system diseases ,skin diseases ,trauma,bone and muscle diseases and gastrointestinal diseases were prevalent dis- eases in the navy,and upper respiratory tract infections,tonsillitis, and tinea disease accounted for more than 50% of the cases. Also, diarrhea and oral mucosa ulcer were relatively specific to naval officers and ranked among the top ten in the disease spectrum. Conclusion Respiratory system diseases ,skin diseases ,digestive system diseases and trauma are the priorities of disease prevention in the navy. The departments concerned should strengthen health education and health promotion for better intervention in the disea- ses mentioned above.
