摘　　要：颈椎退行性疾病是骨科常见病、多发病。近年来,该病发病率明显上升,发病群体趋于年轻化,已经成为威胁人类健康的危险因素。颈椎退行性疾病手术方式有前路手术、后路手术和前后路联合手术等,本文对其手术方式的研究进展进行了综述,以期为颈椎行性疾病的诊治提供参考。Degenerative spinal disease is common and frequently-occurring in any department of orthopedics. In recent years,the incidence of this disease has been increasing considerably,posing a risk to human health, especially to the young. Surgical methods of degenerative spinal disease include anterior pathways surgery, posterior pathways surgery and combined surgery of anterior pathways and posterior pathways. This paper reviews the progress of surgical methods in the hope of providing evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of degenerative spinal disease.
