摘  要:【目的】研究将抗苹果树腐烂病解淀粉芽孢杆菌TS-1203开发成高效低毒生防制剂的潜力.【方法】采用生长速率法测定解淀粉芽孢杆菌TS-1203的生长曲线和抑菌活性物质稳定性.【结果】解淀粉芽孢杆菌TS-1203生长曲线呈"S"型,13h后进入对数生长,43h后趋于稳定期;物理因素光照、温度与紫外照射对抑菌活性物质影响不大,只有当温度与紫外照射时间分别为100℃、60s时,其粗提液对苹果树腐烂病菌(Valsa mail)抑菌率显著下降,与对照达到显著差异水平(P<0.05);化学因素中,只有强酸强碱,金属离子为Mg^(2+)时,其抑菌率显著下降,与对照达到显著差异(P<0.05);不同饱和度硫酸铵对粗提液抑菌率影响也不明显;粗提液抑菌谱测定发现其对多种病原菌有抑制作用,其中对立枯丝核菌和链格孢抑菌率均达80%以上.【结论】解淀粉芽孢杆菌TS-1203粗提液有良好的稳定性,且抑菌谱广.[Objective] In order to study the potential of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens TS-1203 to be developed into the biocontrol agents against the valsa mali with high activity and low toxicity. [Method] By using mycelium growth rate method, the growth curve and antibacterial substances stability of Bacillus arnyloliquefaciens TS-1203 was determined. [Result] The growth curve was S-type, entering the logarith- mic growth after 13 h and becoming stable after 43 h. The light, temperature and UV radiation had little effect on antibacterial substances, only when the temperature was 100 ℃ and UV irradiation time was 60 s, the inhibition of the crude extract against Valsa mali significantly decreased compared with the control (P〈0.05). In the condition of strong acid and base and Mg2+ , its inhibition rate was significantly decreased compared with the control (P〈0.05). Different saturation of ammonium sulfate had little impact on the in- hibition rate of crude extract,indicating that crude extract had good stability against chemical factors. The determination of antibacterial spectrum showed that crude extract liquid were widely antibacterial, and the inhibition rate reached 80% against Rhizoctonia solani and Alternaria. [Conclusion] The crude extract had good stability against physical and chemical factors and wide antibacterial activity.
