摘  要:【目的】研究评价8种引进葡萄砧木的抗寒性.【方法】以1年生‘5BB’‘山河1号’‘SO4’‘抗砧3号’‘贝达’‘双红’‘北冰红’‘BK-1’葡萄砧木枝条为试材,经-40~4℃不同低温胁迫处理12h后,测定不同葡萄砧木品种枝条的失水速率、电解质渗出率、萌芽率的变化,结合Logistic方程计算各品种低温半致死温度.【结果】随着处理温度的降低,各品种电解质渗出率明显增加;萌芽率随处理温度的降低而降低;以不同株系3项指标的平均值综合评价了8种葡萄的抗寒性,研究结果与隶属函数法综合评价结果相一致.【结论】8个供试葡萄砧木品种抗寒性强弱顺序依次为:‘BK-1’>‘双红’>‘贝达’>‘山河1号’>‘5BB’>‘北冰红’>‘抗砧3号’>‘SO4’.[Objective] Evaluation hardiness of eight kinds of imported grape rootstock. [Method] One year old ‘5BB', ‘Shangheyihao ' , ‘SO4 ', ‘Kangzhensanhao' , ‘Beida', ‘Shuanghong ' , ‘Beibinghong ', ‘ BK- 1' grape rootstock branches were used as test materials, after treated at -40-4 ℃ cold stress for 12 h, the water loss rate, the electrolyte leakage rate, germination rate were determined in treated branches, and the semi-lethal temperature of every kind of rootstock branches was calculated by Logistics. [Result] The e- lectrolyte leakage rate of rootstock branches increased with lower temperature; The germination rate de- creased with the decrease of temperature. A comprehensive evaluation of rootstock branches was calculated by the parameter above mentioned. [Conclusion]The hardiness of 8 kinds of rootstock branches is ordered as ‘BK-1 ' 〉 ‘ Shuanghong' 〉 ‘Beida' 〉 ‘ Shangheyihao' 〉 ‘ 5BB' 〉 ‘ Beibinghong' 〉 ‘ Kangzhensanhao'〉 ‘SO4'.
