摘 要:【目的】探索外源氢气(H2)在切花保鲜方面的作用,推出新型无污染的保鲜材料.【方法】以东方百合‘Manissa’为植物材料,通过浓度为0、0.5%、1%和5%的富氢水处理,研究H2对切花百合瓶插过程中瓶插寿命、观赏品质、叶片叶绿素含量、花瓣丙二醛(MDA)含量及相对电导率的影响.【结果】表明,浓度为1%富氢水处理的切花百合延长了瓶插寿命,且长于对照23.5%.1%富氢水处理花朵出现衰老症状之前的天数达最大值.0.5%和1%富氢水处理能在一定程度上缓解切花百合叶绿素的降解,而1%处理叶绿素含量保持了最高水平.此外,通过1%富氢水处理,花瓣MDA含量及相对电导率相对于对照降低显著.【结论】氢气通过缓解叶绿素的分解和细胞膜的损伤,提高了切花百合的瓶插寿命和品质,从而延缓了切花百合的衰老.[Objeative] The effect of exogenous hydrogen (H2) on cut lily was explored to introduce a new type of non polluting fresh keeping materials. [Method] Cut lily "cv. Manissa', with 0,0. 5 %, 1% and 5% hydrogen-rich water treatments,was used to understand the effects of H2 on vase life, ornamental qual- ity,leaf total chlorophyll content,petal malondialdehyde (MDA) content and electrolyte leakage. [Result] The treatment with 1 % hydrogen-rich water increased the vase life that was 23.5 % higher than control. The maximum number of days until exhibited senescence symptoms was taken by the 1% hydrogen-rich water treatment. Compared with the control, the treatments with 0. 5% and 1%0 hydrogen-rich water de- layed the chlorophyll loss to a certain extent;higher level of chlorophyll in leaves of 1 % hydrogen-rich wa- ter treatment was observed. Additionally,hydrogen-rich water treatment significantly reduced petal MDA content and electrolyte leakage of cut lily. [Conclusion] H2 exogenously applied may improve vase life and postharvest quality in cut flowers by delaying the chlorophyll loss and keeping membrane stability.
