摘　　要：新突发和重大传染病防控是国家生物安全的重要组成部分,也是干部保健工作的新领域。本文总结SARS以来保健对象传染病收治情况,围绕保健对象个体管理和保健医院平台建设两方面探讨传染病干部保健工作策略,首次提出免疫状态管理的概念和方法。The prevention and control of emerging and major infectious diseases is an important part of national biological safety and a new field in the health care for the senior cadres. This paper summaries the treatment of cadres′ infectious disease incidence and treatment among cadres since ＂SARS＂, and discusses the infectious disease health care strategy based on two aspects including individual management and platform construction of care hospital. And for the first time, the concept of immune state management is proposed.
