地方综合年鉴综合情况篇目编写探析——以8部地市级综合年鉴为例

摘　　要：综合情况篇目是地方综合年鉴的重要篇目,是一个地方最基本的地情,也是了解一个地方基本面貌的基础。相对于百科篇目每年的发展变化情况来说,综合情况篇目大部分的内容相对比较稳定,变化的内容较少,综合情况篇目如何编写,尚未形成统一的认识。本文通过对2016年全国地方志优秀成果(年鉴类)地市级综合年鉴获特等的8部地市级综合年鉴考察,发现地方综合年鉴编纂综合情况篇目采取沿用、压缩归纳、增补、突出特色等方式方法进行编纂,并取得较好成效,但还存在内容记述详略不一、未能突出特色等方面的问题,未能全面反映一个地方的基本情况、年度特色、时代特色和地方特色。笔者认为,地方综合年鉴编纂者应重视年鉴综合情况篇目的编纂,力求全面反映一个地方的自然、政治、经济、文化、社会等方面的基本情况,突出年度特色、时代特色和地方特色。Comprehensive situation chapter is important chapter of comprehensive yearbook, the basic local situation of a district, also the foundation to recognize the basic looks of the district.Comparing with development and change of encyclopedic chapter, comprehensive yearbook＇s most contents are relatively steady. But how to compile it has not formed a unified understanding.According to study 8 prefecture-level city comprehensive yearbook winning nationwide grand award, this paper found comprehensive chapter compiling use the method of following the old method, pruning and concluding, increasing and replenishing contents, highlighting the feature, etc. Though it gain good effect, the problems still exist which conclude narrative detailed or brief, highlighting the feature not enough.That can＇t overall reflect basic situation, annual characteristic, time trait and local feature. So the writer propose comprehensive yearbook compiler should pay attention to the chapter of comprehensive situation, strive to overall reflect a district＇s basic situation in terms to nature, pohty, economy, culture, social, etc, highlight the annual characteristic, time trait and local feature.
