摘 要:针对石化装置中只具备单路220V(AC)供电条件的重要仪表设备的UPS供电失效时,对STS(静态切换开关)切换到另外一路UPS供电的方案进行讨论,分析了STS切换应满足的条件,提出了减小、避免STS切换瞬间感性负载产生的电涌电压给仪表系统带来干扰和主、备电源相位偏差大造成容性负载损坏的方法。STS投用后,实现了主电源失效后能立即切换到备用电源上的目的,提高了供电的可靠性。Considering UPS failure in powering the important instrument which boasting of a single channel220V(AC) power supply in petrochemical plant, the power supply scheme of adopting STS (static transfer switch ) to switch to another UPS was discussed and the conditions of STS switching was analyzed. The method of reducing or avoiding the surge voltage disturbance incurred by inductive load to instrument system and the capacitive load damage brought by main or standby power phase deviation at the moment of STS switching was put forward. STS application can improve the reliability of power supply.
