摘  要:随着筑坝设计理论和施工工艺的不断提高,现代水电工程大多具有高水头、大泄量的整体特点,使得溢洪道、泄洪洞等泄水建筑物的掺气减蚀和消能防冲问题越来越突出,一直受到水电设计建设者的广泛关注。基于西部某高水头水电工程,按相似准则以1∶30的模型体型,结合溢洪道的消能防冲布置、消能形式,对原方案和提出改进后方案溢洪道的掺气减蚀问题进行了试验研究。研究表明,改进后的方案在掺气浓度、掺气特征值、空化系数上均优于原设计方案,并基于水气两相流的VOF模型和k~ε紊流模型对改进方案泄槽段的流速和压力值进行了数值模拟分析,模拟结果表明该方案能够满足工程建设运营的整体需求。The modern hydropower project mostly with high head and large discharge characteristics,gas discharge,Hongdong makes the mixed spillway discharge structure corrosion reduction and energy dissipation problems are becoming increasingly prominent,has been widely concerned the builders of the hydropower with the dam design theory and construction technology continues to improve. In this paper,a high head hydropower project based on the west,according to the similarity criterion to the physical model of 1∶ 30,combined with the energy dissipation of the spillway layout,energy dissipation,the scheme put forward the problems and improved gas mixing schemes of spillway erosion reduction were studied,the improved scheme in the air concentration and aeration characteristics value,cavitation coefficient is superior to the original design,and the VOF model and K to gas-liquid two-phase flow based on the velocity and pressure of turbulence model on the improved scheme of chute value is analyzed numerically. The simulation results show that this scheme can meet the overall demand of engineering construction and operation.
