摘  要:概述了物质超临界状态的定义并介绍了超临界流体的物性。通过Aspen Plus软件模拟了某两化工厂之间的超临界乙烯互送管线,确定了该互送管线的合理的起始输送温度范围并建议地面以上管道保冷。通过Aspen Plus软件设计规定功能,模拟分析出新增的超临界乙烯输送管线只需提高设计压力而无需另外考虑设置热膨胀安全阀。In this article, the definition of supercritical mass was briefly depicted and the properties of supercritical mass were introduced. By using Aspen Plus, the pipeline for transporting supercritical ethylene between two chemical plants was simulated. The proper initial transportation temperature scope for this pipeline was determined, and it was suggested that the piping above ground be insulated. With the supplied functions in Aspen Plus, the results were obtained from the simulation and analysis that for new pipeline used in transporting supercritical ethylene it is only necessary to increase design pressure but unnecessary to set safety valve for hot expansion.
