摘  要:测量喷雾干燥器尾气的流速,需先确定显示仪表与挡板开度之间关系,目的是确认用于检验显示是否准确。然后确定挡板开度与流速之间关系,通过仪表显示确定挡板开度,根据雷诺数Re和流体流速的关系,计算湍流流型管道内速度分布,进而确定气体流量。In order to measure the velocity of exhaust gas in spray dryer, the relationship of the value displayed in instrument and the opening angle of baffle should be determined first so as to verify the precision of the instrument. Then the relationship of baffle opening and flow velocity was determined so that baffle opening can be determined from the display in instrument. On the basis of above calibration and relationship of Re number and fluid velocity, the velocity distribution of fluid, in turbulent phase, in piping can be calculated, and the flow of gas can be further determined.
