摘 要:采用碱熔-碲共沉淀分离富集、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定脱氧催化剂中铂、钯的含量。研究了碱熔和碲共沉淀富集分离的条件,并确定了ICP-OES法测定铂、钯的条件。结果表明,过氧化钠熔解-碲共沉淀法能够充分分离富集样品中的铂、钯,方法的检出限分别为4.6μg/L,7.2μg/L;相对标准偏差分别为1.3%,1.5%;加标回收率分别为98.2%~101%,97.6~101%。方法简单可靠,完全满足样品中铂、钯含量分析的要求,已经应用于生产样品的分析。After the samples were prepared by alkali fusion and tellurium co-precipitation separation method, the contents of Pt and Pd in deoxygenation catalyst samples were determined by ICP-OES. Analytical conditions such as alkali fusion, tellurium co-precipitation separation and experimental parameters for ICP-OES were investigated and discussed. The results indicated that Pt and Pd in the samples could be completely separated and enriched by being fused with sodium peroxide and co- precipitated with tellurium. The detection limits for Pt and Pd were 4.6μg/L and 7.2μg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for Pt and Pd were 1.3 % and 1.5 %, respectively. The recoveries were 98.2%-101% for Ptand 97.6%-101% for Pd. The method is simple and reliable,and can meet the requirements for the determination of Pd and Pt in deoxygenation catalyst. It has been successfully applied to real production samples analysis.
