摘 要:为预测某直列四缸柴油机辐射噪声,集多体动力学方法、有限元法及声学边界元方法于一体,对该柴油机NVH性能进行了数值仿真。运用AVL Excite软件进行多体动力学分析,获得柴油机表面的振动速度分布。将结果导入LMS Virtual Lab软件,运用Acoustics模块将振动速度结果映射到声学边界元网格上,计算了该柴油机表面辐射声功率级及声压级分布,以及各部件的辐射噪声贡献量,为后续的减振降噪优化提供依据。In order to predict a inline 4-cylinder engine radiated noise, multi-body dynamics method,FEM and acoustics BEM method are used to carry out some numerical simulation on the NVH performance of a diesel engine. Using the multi-body dynamics method based on AVL Excite software, the vibration velocity distribution of the diesel engine surface was acquired. And importing the calculated result to LMS virtual lab, using the Acoustics module, the vibration velocity was mapped on the acoustics boundary elements. Surface radiated sound power level and sound pressure level distribution of the diesel engine were calculated, as well as radiated noise contribution amount of other parts, providing the basis for vibration and noise reduction.
