摘  要:目的在组织学的实验教学中开展小脑组织压片快速制作,增加学生的实践机会,提高他们的动手能力。方法学生先将小脑薄片用甲苯胺蓝分别染色4min和8min,并用拇指用力按压盖玻片,使小脑组织变薄,然后镜下观察。结果发现染色后4min小脑组织呈现淡蓝色,浦肯野细胞轮廓较清楚。在染色后8min,浦肯野细胞被染成深蓝色,轮廓清楚,达到了最佳效果。结论学生通过应用小脑组织压片快速制作技术,可增强动手能力,并很好地了解小脑组织中浦肯野细胞的形态和分布,把教学、科研连接在一起,达到提高实验教学质量的目的。Objective To provide students with opportunities to practice and improve their manual ability by integrating the technique for rapid preparation for compression slices of cerebellar tissue into histology experimental teaching. Methods The students were taught to stain the cerebellar tissue pieces on slides with toluidine blue for 4 or 8 minutes respectively, then press the tissue with coverslip with their right thumbs to flatten the cerebcllar tissue, and observe them under the microscope. Results After 4min staining, the Purkinje cells were clearly visible on light blue cerebellar tissue background. The best staining results were obtained from slides stained for 8rain, in which the Purkinje cells were dark blue with sharper outlines. Conclusion The students had their manual ability enhanced, and gained a good knowledge of the morphology and distribution of Purkinje cells in cerebellar tissue by rapid compression of cerebellar tissue slices. The quality of experiment teaching was improved through integration of this technique into histological experi- ment classes and research activity.
