摘 要:随生活水平的提高,人们开始将物质欲望转向对美食的热烈追求。食客们对餐饮店的要求不再停留在美食的色香味上,而是对用餐环境予人的精神感受层面的要求也愈发挑剔。因此,现代餐厅中对陈设设计的推进,不仅是单纯对餐厅环境装饰的丰富,更是食客内心对于品质生活追求的精神提升。本文阐综合阐释了处于餐厅中不同区位的陈设设计所能带来的空间美感与人文关怀。With the improvement of the standard of living, people are going to turn their extra material desire to chase the food warmly. Diners' requirements of the restaurant are no longer stay in that whether the food is good in color, flavor and taste, they are much picky to the spirit that dining environment gives. Therefore, the advancement of the display art in modern restaurants, is not only a simple decoration of the restaurant space, but also is the upgrade of the pursuit of quality life from the heart of dinners. This article explains the comprehensive expression about the beauty and the humanistic care which the display art brings in different locations of the restaurant.
