论建设中国特色“双一流”大学的四个根本

摘　　要：继承发扬中华民族自古以来的优良办学传统为根本前提;借鉴吸收西方创办大学的经验为根本动力;立足国情因校制宜为根本方法;实现中华民族教育的伟大复兴为根本目的,只有坚持做到这四个根本就一定能够建设出中国特色的"双一流"大学。本研究就是通过这四个根本,探索如何创办中国特色的"双一流"大学,期望能够为建设中国特色的"双一流"大学有所启迪与借鉴。In order to build the ＂Dual-first-class＂ universities with Chinese characteristics, we should inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the ancient schools as the basic premise, should use and absorb the founded experience of the western universities as the fundamental driving force, should consider the national conditions and school systems as the fundamental method and should achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese national education as the fundamental purpose. Only by adhering to do so can we achieve our aim. This study aims to explore how to build ＂double first-class＂ universities with Chinese characteristics by doing these four fundamental facts and hope it can enlighten and provide suggestions in the construction.
