摘  要:目的探讨中青年健康男性血压水平与颅内血管血流动力学的关系和正常高值血压水平对颅内血管血流动力学的影响。方法选择2015年11月—2016年10月于空军总医院行健康体检的健康中青年男性志愿者182例,年龄23~46岁,平均(28.73±5.47)岁;体质量指数(BMI)19.49~29.22 kg/m2,平均(23.52±2.04)kg/m2;右侧臂围23.6~36.2 c m,平均(28.8±2.3)c m。采用A-PU LSE CASP ro?无创中心动脉压测量仪检测并记录志愿者的肱动脉收缩压、舒张压、平均脉压、脉率和中心动脉收缩压等指标。采用CompanionⅢ经颅多普勒仪检测双侧大脑中动脉、颈内动脉终末段、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉和基底动脉的血流速度、搏动指数和阻抗指数的指标,并对上述数据进行统计学分析。结果 1正常高值组肱动脉收缩压、舒张压和中心动脉收缩压明显高于正常血压组(P<0.01)。2在中青年健康男性中,颅内血管血流速度与肱动脉收缩压和中心动脉收缩压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);搏动指数和阻抗指数与肱动脉收缩压和中心动脉收缩压呈负相关(P<0.05)。3在中青年健康男性中,颅内血管血流动力学参数在正常血压组和正常高值组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于血压水平在140 mm Hg以下无任何其他伴随疾病的中青年人,血压与颅内血管血流动力学检测参数间无显著直线相关关系;与正常血压相比正常高值血压并没有引起颅内血管血流动力学的明显变化。Objective To investigate the relationships between blood pressure levels and cerebral vascular haemodynamicsamong young and middle-aged healthy males and the effect of high levels of normal blood pressure on cerebral vascular haemo dynamics.Methods 182 young and middle-aged healthy men aged 23 to 46 years(average28.73±5.47 years) were enrolled in this study.A-PULSE CASPro Central Aortic Systolic Pressure Monitoring Device was used to measure the brachial systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),pulse rate(PR),amd central aortic systolic pressure(CASP).The average blood flow rate(Vm),peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),end-diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd),pulsatility index(PI) and resistance index(RI) of middle cerebral artery(MCA),internal carotid artery(ICA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA),vertebral artery(VA) and basal artery(BA) were detected by transcranial Doppler sonography(TCD).Results(1)The brachial systolic pressure(SBP),brachial diastolic pressure(DBP) and central aortic systolic pressure(CASP) of high normal group were significantly higher than those of normal blood pressure group(P〈0.01).(2)There were no obvious correlations between cerebral vascular blood flow velocity,pulsatility indexes,resistance indexes and brachial systolic pressure,central aortic systolic pressure in young and middle-aged healthy males(P〈0.05).(3)The difference of indexes of cerebral vascular haemodynamics among Object ive To i nvest igate t he relat ion sh ips bet ween blood pressu re levels a nd cerebr al va scu la r haemodynamicsamong young and middle-aged healthy males and the effect of high levels of nor mal blood pressure on cerebral vascular haemody namics.Methods 182 you ng and middle-aged healthy men aged 23 to 46 years(average 28.73±5.47 years) were enrolled in this study.A-PULSE CASPro Central Aortic Systolic Pressure Monitoring Device was
