防范“东突”向高校学生网络渗透的对策研究

摘　　要：随着社会科技的不断进步与发展,"东突"恐怖分子也在悄然改变传统做法,广泛运用互联网等技术传播带有民族分裂、宗教极端、恐怖内容的信息,并积极向高校学生开展渗透。高校学生具有思想活跃、个性突出并广泛使用互联网等特点,易于受到"东突"极端思想的网络渗透与感染。防范"东突"网络渗透,应当采取加强网站经营者的管理、落实网络实名制、加大网络监控及网上信息的巡查,并切实加强对高校学生的宣传教育等措施。With the continuous progress and development of social science and technology, ＂East Turkistan＂ ter- rorists are quietly changing the traditional practice, widely using the Internet and other technologies to spread the information of ethnic separatism, religious extremes and terrorist content, and actively penetrating to college students. The college students with active thinking, outstanding personality, extensive use of the Internet and other characteristics are easy to be penetrated and infected by the extreme thinking of ＂East Turkistan＂ through the network. To prevent the network penetration of ＂East Turkistan＂, should strengthen the management of the site operators, implement the network real name system, increase the network monitoring and online information inspection, and effectively strengthen the publicity and education to college students and other measures.
