摘　　要：目的研究引流宫意外脱出的原因及护理对策。方法收集哈医大二院胃肠外科2013年1月至2015年12月发生脱管的病例56例,分析意外脱管的原因。结果胃肠外科中,严重的病情、对护理工作的轻视、缺少健康宣教和评估手段以及医疗资源的分配不合理,是引起意外脱管的主要原因。针对上述原因,提出优化资源配置,加强健康宣教和引入先进理念等策略,减少引流管意外脱出的发生。结论通过分析意外脱管的原因,提出对应的护理策略可以减少意外脱管的发生,为患者提供更加优质的服务。Objective To investigate the cause of unexpected etubation and the correspondent nursing strategy. Methods Fifty-six patients were collected at the department of colorectal surgery of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2013 to December 2015. ResultsThe main causes of unexpected extubation were severe condition, ignorance of nursing work, inappropriate distribution of medical resources and inadequate health education for patients. Based on these findings, we provide some strategies： optimizing distribution of medical resources, boosting the education of patients and importing the advanced ideas. Conclusion By analyzing the causes of accidental detachment, the corresponding nursing strategy can reduce the incidence of accidental detachment, and provide patients with more quality services.
