摘 要:目的:确定夏王散结胶囊的提取工艺,保证其安全性和有效性。方法:根据处方中各药味有效成分的性质,分别采用煎煮法提取和乙醇回流法提取。以有效成分提取量、乙醇可溶物的量和正丁醇可溶物的量为指标,用正交试验法考察、优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:夏枯草、王不留行、浙贝母、山慈菇、柴胡用70%乙醇回流提取两次,分别加10倍量和8倍量溶剂,每次提取3 h;莪术、白术、香附提取挥发油后的药渣与牡蛎、昆布加水浸泡1 h,煎煮两次,分别加8倍量和6倍量水,每次2 h。结论:确定的提取工艺较好地提取了有效成分,可保证制剂的有效性和安全性。Objective:To determine the extraction technology of the Xiawang Sanjie capsule, and to ensure its safety and effectiveness. Methods:According to the properties of the active ingredients of each Chinese herb, herbs were extracted using decoction method and ethanol reflux extraction. The optimized extraction condi- tions were determined by orthogonal test,with the extracted amount,the amount of ethanol soluble matter and the amount of the n-butanol soluble matter as the index. Resuhs:Xiakucao(Prunella),Wang Bu Liu Xing ( Vaccaria) ,Zhe Bei Mu ( Fritillaria) ,Shah Cigu ( indica) ,and Chaihu (bupleurum ) were extracted with 70% ethanol reflux extraction for 2 time 3 hr per for each time,with 10 folds and 8 folds amount of solvent added, respectively. After extracted for volatile oil, Ezhu ( Curc uma ) , Baizhu ( A tractylodes ) ,X ianffu ( C yperus ) were mixed with mu li(Concha Ostreae),Kunbu(Thallus Laminariae) and water for 1 hr,and then decocted for 2 times,2 hr per time,with 8 folds and 6 folds amount of water,respectively. Conclusion :The extraction technology could extract the active ingredients effectively,which can ensure the effectiveness and safety of the preparation.
