摘 要:目的 :建立枳实薤白桂枝汤颗粒剂的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对制剂中的药味进行薄层鉴别;以柚皮苷为指标,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对制剂中的枳实进行含量测定。结果:成功鉴别了枳实和厚朴;柚皮苷在15.12~151.2μg/m L(r=0.9998)范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率101.13%,RSD为1.53%(n=9),方法的稳定性、精密度、重复性和重现性均较好。结论:制定的标准准确、简便,可以较好地控制枳实薤白桂枝汤颗粒剂的质量。Objective:To establish the quality standard of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction granules. Methods: By using thin layer chromatography(TLC) herbs in the granules were analyzed. Naringin was as the indicator, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to determine the content of Zhishi(Citrus auran- tium). Results :Zhishi (Citrus aurantium) and Houpo (Magnolia) were successfully identified. Naringin showed a good linear relationship within 15.12--151.2 μg/mL(r=0.9998),with the average recovery rate 101.13% and relative standard deviation(RSD) 1.53% (n=9). This method was stable,accurate,repeatable and reproducible. Conclusion:This quality standard is accurate and simple,and it provides a scientific basis for quality control of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction granules.
