摘　　要：二程是北宋洛学的代表人物,他们的礼法观的思想渊源可以追溯到先秦时期,并受到了当时理学思潮的影响。他们将"礼"视作天理在社会中的具体表现,为礼寻找到了形而上的依据。同时他们并没有忽视作为刑罚的法在国家治理中的作用,认为为政先善法,并且强调了法的教化作用。在礼法关系上,他们继承了儒家传统的礼主法辅的思想。Cheng Hao and Cheng Yi are two representative personages of Luoxue on Northern Song Dynasty, their view of rite and law can be traced back to the pre Qin period, and was influenced by Confucianism. They saw ＂rite＂ as a concrete manifestation of justice in society and had found the metaphysical basis for rite. Meanwhile, they did not ignore the punishment as the law in the role of national governance, they thought good law is needed in political system, and they emphasized the function of law to education. They insisted the relationship between rite and law was that rite was the first and put punishment into a secondary position.
