摘　　要：通过分析线缆故障应急抢修知识数据库的构建对线缆故障应急抢修业务的作用及影响,以国网上海市电力公司松江供电公司线缆故障抢修现有业务为例,选取从现场抢修到指挥抢修、专家支持等多种场景,详细阐述了线缆故障应急抢修知识数据库的各方面构成,分析了各知识数据库的各要素对线缆抢修应急指挥所起的作用,最终构建起完整的线缆故障应急抢修知识数据库模型。Through analyzing the effects of constructing the knowledge database on the service of cable fault emergency repair,and based on studying the currrent cable fault emergency repair service in Songjiang Electric Power Supply Company,this research selected the scenarios of on-site repair,repair directing,expert support,elaborated the composition of cable fault emergency repair knowledge database,analyzed the influence of the knowledge database components on cable fault emergency repair direction,and eventually built up a complete knowledge database model for cable fault emergency repair.
