摘 要:以硝酸钙、脲作为原料,采用水热合成法,使用苯基膦酸(PPA)作为添加剂合成了具有规则六方柱形貌的球霰石晶相碳酸钙材料,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对碳酸钙材料的形貌、组成和结构进行了表征.系统地研究了苯基膦酸作为添加剂以及不同脲用量对材料形成的影响,并初步探讨了碳酸钙材料可能的形成机理.苯基膦酸作为添加剂在碳酸钙材料的合成过程中起到控制钙离子沉淀速度的作用,随着脲用量增加所造成合成体系pH值的升高,材料的形貌、组成及结构也随之发生了相应的变化,最终得到具有规则六方柱形貌的球霰石晶相碳酸钙材料.这种具有特殊形貌的球霰石晶相碳酸钙材料可能会在生物、医药等领域具有潜在的应用前景.The vaterite type calcium carbonate with regular hexagonal prism morphology is prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method of using calcium nitrate and urea with phenylphosphonic acid(PPA)as additive.The morphology,composition and structure of products are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),respectively.The effect of phenylphosphonic acid as additive and the usage amount of urea on the products,as well as the formation mechanism of vaterite type calcium carbonate with hexagonal prism morphology are also studied.The results show that the addition of PPA can control the speed of precipitation of calcium ions during the process of synthesis.The increase of pH value of the synthetic system occurred with the usage amount of urea increasing,which causes the morphology,composition and crystal phase of the product to change accordingly.Finally,the vaterite type calcium carbonate with regularly hexagonal prism morphology was obtained.The vaterite type calcium carbonate with special morphology would have potential applications in the field of biology and medicine.
