摘 要:鼻腔测压法是目前临床常用的客观评价鼻通气功能的方法之一,可以测量呼吸过程中鼻腔内气体压力和流速并计算鼻阻力。鼻阻力是经鼻呼吸时鼻腔气道对空气的阻力,鼻腔结构的轻微变化即可引起鼻阻力的变化,因此可以通过鼻阻力值的大小来评估鼻通督隋况。鼻腔测压法可用于:探索鼻腔生理通气功能;鼻激发试验;帮助提供手术适应证;药物疗效的评估;手术疗效的评估;阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的评估等。本文就鼻腔测压法的临床应用进展做一综述。Rhinomanometry is one of standard diagnostic tools aiming to objectively evaluate the respiratory function of the nose currently. It measures transnasal airflow and the pressure gradient allowing nasal resistance to be calculated from these data. Nasal airway resistance is the force comes from the nasal cavity against air when one is respirating, which changes following mild construction variation of nasal cavity. Nasal patency, accordingly, can be evaluated by NR. Rhinomanometry can be used for: research in nasal ventilation physiology; allergy challenge testing; selection of patients for surgery; assessing the effect of medical therapy; assessing the effect of surgery; and evaluation of patients with OSAHS. In this article progress in clinical application of rhinomanometry is reviewed.
