摘　　要：上颌窦囊肿手术治疗的方式多种多样，比较目前诸多手术方法，各有优缺点，缺乏理想的外科手术治疗方法。经过长期随访和对照研究后认为，外科手术治疗首选功能性鼻内镜手术。本文就目前常用的手术治疗研究进展综述如下。The surgical treatment methods of maxillary sinus cyst are various, There are advantages and disadvantages comparing current surgical methods, due to lack of an ideal surgical treatment method. After long term follow-up and control study suggest that functional endoscopic sinus surgery is the first choice in surgical treatment. We have summarized the current status and research progress of surgical treatment methods of maxillary sinus cyst.
