秦艳虹治疗风热喉痹的临床经验

摘　　要：秦艳虹教授从事儿科临床工作30余年,具有扎实的中医理论功底和丰富的临床诊疗经验,擅长治疗儿科呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统等多系统疾病以及感染性疾病等。疱疹性咽峡炎是儿童常见上呼吸道感染疾病中的一种特殊类型,其临床表现主要为突发的咽痛、高热、厌食、呕吐、疱疹以及小溃疡等,以夏秋季节多见。导师认为,疱疹性咽峡炎临床以风热袭表型多见,对其治疗采用疏风清热为主,兼清热解毒,凉血利咽之法,自拟喉痹散,并随症加减,其用于临床,疗效显著。中医治疗疱疹性咽峡炎有一定的优势,临床根据其病因病机的不同,辨证选方,加减用药,疗效较佳。Prof. Qin Yanhong has been engaged in pediatric clinical work for over 30 years and has solid theoretic foundation of TCM and rich clinical experiences in diagnosis and treatment. Prof. Qin is good at the treatment of the disorders in respiratory system,digestive system and urinary system as well as infectious diseases. Herpangina is a common and special respiratory infectious disease,manifested as acute sore throat,high fever,anorexia,vomiting,herpes and small ulcers,etc. It is commonly seen in summer and autumn. Prof.Qin thinks that herpangina is the exterior syndrome due to wind-heat invasion. The main treating principles should be dispersing wind and clearing heat,associated with clearing heat and detoxification,cooling blood and benefiting the throat. The self-prepared houbi san is modified according to the symptoms. The clinical effects of it are significant. TCM is advantageous at herpangina. The formula is modified on the basis of etiology,pathogenesis and differentiation. The therapeutic effects are satisfactory.
