酸枣仁汤加味治疗肝阴亏虚型失眠的临床疗效机制初探

摘　　要：目的探讨采用酸枣仁汤加味治疗肝阴亏虚型失眠患者的治疗机制。方法将2015年9月-2016年9月间收治的肝阴亏虚型失眠患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组给予常规药物地西泮治疗,治疗组给予酸枣仁汤加味治疗。治疗3个月后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行记录并比较,采用放射免疫法测定血浆褪黑素水平,观察其治疗前后的变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前血浆MT水平为(40.12±5.12)pg/ml,治疗后为(48.67±8.12)pg/ml与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用酸枣仁汤加味治疗肝阴亏虚型失眠患者症状明显改善,能显著升高患者褪黑素水平。Objective To discuss the mechanism on the clinical therapeutic effects of the modified suanzaoren decoction on insomnia differentiated as liver yin deficiency in the patients. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016,80 patients of insomnia differentiated as liver yin deficiency were randomized into a treatment group（40 cases） and a control group（40 cases）. In the control group,the conventional medication with diazepam was used. In the treatment group,the modified suanzaoren decoction was used. In 3months of treatment,the therapeutic results were recorded and compared between the two groups. The RIA method was used to determine the plasma melatonin（MT） and observe the change before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 87. 5% in the treatment group and was 80% in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（P〈0. 05）. The plasma MT was（40. 12 ± 5.12） pg/ml before treatment and was（48. 67 ± 8. 12） pg/ml after treatment in the treatment group,indicating the significant difference in comparison before and after treatment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The modified suanzaoren decoction apparently relieves the symptoms of insomnia differentiated as liver yin deficiency and significantly improves MT in the patients.
