降逆止呃膏穴位敷贴治疗顽固性呃逆的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察降逆止呃膏穴位敷贴神阙穴治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将60例顽固性呃逆患者,随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,对照组在积极治疗原发病的基础上,采用盐酸消旋山莨菪碱注射液(654-2)肌肉注射,治疗组在此基础上,加用降逆止呃膏敷贴神阙穴。分别对比两组显效率和总有效率、起效时间、治疗前后临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率93.3%与对照组总有效率70%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组起效时间治疗组(10.3±1.2)h与对照组(36.7±2.3)h两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的精神状态、饮食、睡眠症状与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组优于对照组两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降逆止呃膏穴位敷贴治疗顽固性呃逆疗效显著,不仅缩短了止呃时间,改善了患者的精神、饮食、睡眠状态,而且减少了解痉剂带来的不良反应。该治法简便易行、价格低廉,易于被患者接受,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on intractable hiccup treated with acupoint plaster with jiangni zhie ointment. Methods Sixty patients of intractable hiccup were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,30 cases in each one. In the control group,on the basis of active treatment of primary disease,the muscular injection with raceanisodamine hydrochloride（654-2） was given.In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,acupoint plaster therapy with jiangni zhie ointment was done at Shenque（CV8）. The remarkably effectively rate,total effective rate,effect time,the improvements in clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93. 3% in the treatment group and was 70% in the control group after treatment,indicating the significant difference（P〈0. 05）. The effect time was（10. 3 ± 1. 2） h in the treatment and was（36. 7 ± 2. 3） h in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（P〈0. 05）. The spirit condition,appetite and sleeping condition after treatment were different significantly as compared with those before treatment in the treatment group（P〈0. 05）. The results in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,indicating the significant differences（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The acupoint plaster therapy with jiangni zhie ointment achieves the significant effects on intractable hiccup. It shortens the time of easing hiccup,improves the spirit state,appetite and sleeping condition and reduces the adverse reactions induced by spasmolytic agent. This therapy is simple in operation,low in cost,easily acceptable and deserves to be promoted in clinical application.
