“双药双穴”天灸疗法对改善冷哮患儿血IgA、EOS水平及肺功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过观测治疗前后血IgA、嗜酸性粒细胞水平及肺功能指数的变化,客观评价"双药双穴"天灸疗法对冷哮患儿的影响,探讨其治疗冷哮的临床价值及意义。方法分别在两所医院选取符合标准的冷哮患儿40例,从2013年入伏第1天对其实施"双药双穴"天灸疗法,进行平行对照试验,测试患儿治疗前后的血IgA、EOS及肺功能各项数值,并通过多因素方差分析,探索治疗前后以及两所医院之间,是否存在着差异。结果治疗后两所医院患儿的血IgA值、血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)数值与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肺功能指数VC、FEV_1、FVC、MVV治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论"双药双穴"天灸疗法可有效减少冷哮患儿血EOS数量,提高IgA水平,有效改善其肺功能。初步证实"双药双穴"天灸疗法对预防儿童哮喘安全有效。Objective To observe the changes in blood IgA,EOS and indexes of pulmonary function before and after treatment,objectively evaluate the impacts of vesiculation moxibustion of＂double herbal formulas and acupoints＂on IgA,EOS levels and pulmonary function in the children of cold-type asthmatic disorder and discuss its clinical value and significance in the treatment. Methods Forty children of cold-type asthmatic disorder,in compliance with the inclusive criteria were collected from two hospitals. Since the first day of the beginning of the hottest part of the summer in 2013,the vesiculation moxibustion of＂double herbal formulas and acupoints＂was adopted in the parallel controlled trial. Before and after treatment,the levels of IgA and EOS and the indexes of pulmonary function were detected. The factor variance analysis was adopted to explore the differences before and after treatment as well as between the two groups. Results After treatment,IgA and EOS levels were all different significantly as compared with those before treatment in the children of the two hospitals（P〈0. 01）. The levels of VC,FEV_1,FVC and MVV of pulmonary function were different before and after treatment（P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The vesiculation moxibustion of＂double herbal formulas and acupoints＂effectively reduces EOS and improves IgA and pulmonary function in the children of cold-type asthmatic disorder. It is proved initially that this therapy is safe and effectively in prevention of children asthma.
