摘　　要：育龄妇女与配偶同居1年,性生活正常,未避孕而未孕者,或者曾有过妊娠,未避孕而又1年未再受孕者,称为不孕症。近年来不孕症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已经影响到育龄夫妇的婚姻和家庭,引起了社会的广泛关注。因此,不孕症的有效治疗就显得尤为重要。王玉英老师从事中医临床工作50余载,对于不孕症的治疗积累了丰富的临床经验,王玉英老师治疗不孕症以实际临床辨证遣方用药为原则,对其进行分型论治。总结出补肾健脾法、补肾疏肝法、补肾化痰活血法、补肾清热利湿法、补肾暖宫法、补肾活血法,临床疗效显著。Infertility is defined by the failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse,or failure to be pregnancy after the previous successful pregnancy after 12 months or more. In recent year,the morbidity of infertility is increasing,affects the marriage and family and draws the wide social attention. Therefore,the effective treatment for infertility turns to be extremely important. Prof. Wang Yuying has been engaged in TCM clinical practice for over 50 years and has accumulated rich clinical experiences in the treatment of infertility. The herbal formulas are used according to the differentiation of individual case of infertility and the therapeutic principles of treatment have been summarized,e. g. the therapy for tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen,the therapy for tonifying the kidney and smoothing the liver qi; the therapy for tonifying the kidney; resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation;the therapy for tonifying the kidney,clearing away heat and eliminating damp; the therapy for tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation. The significant clinical therapeutic effects have been achieved.
