摘　　要：中医药实现国际化、现代化是国家发展中医药事业的战略目标。但国内中医药科研领域缺乏既具备中医药特点又符合国际化要求的现代的、科学的科研模式与方法。"中医生殖发育协作网"是为了推动中医药国际化而创建的协同创新网络。它是以国际标准规范为依据,组建国际化的临床试验团队,开展中医药临床特色疗效研究的全新科研模式及方法。文章主要对"中医生殖发育协作网"的发展背景(世界中联生殖医学专业委员会)、组成部分(SC、DCC、DSMB、国内分中心科研协作网)、运行机制(定性质控、定量质控)等方面进行介绍。从而突出其实现学会功能,促进中医药事业发展,推动中医药走向世界的重要意义。The internationalization and modernization of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is the strategic target of TCM in China. There is the limitation in the modern and scientific research mode and method that reflects the characteristics of TCM and also meets the requirement of internationalization in the field of TCM research in China.＂The collaboration network for Chinese medicine reproduction and development＂is an innovative network established for the promotion of TCM internationalization. On the basis of international standards,the clinical trial team is set up and conducts the brand new mode and method for the study of clinical characteristics and efficacy of TCM. In the paper,the development background of ＂the collaboration network for Chinese medicine reproduction and development＂（Reproduction Medicine Specialized Committee of World Federation of Chinese Medicine）,the constitutional mechanism（SC,DCC,DSMB,China Center of Cochrane collaboration）,operation mechanism（qualitative control,quantitative control） were introduced to highlight the society function and promote TCM development in the world.
