摘　　要：在全民健身理念下,挖掘忻州挑椅舞的体育文化价值是传承与发展非物质文化遗产重要途径。文章结合文献资料法、田野调查等方法,对忻州挑椅舞的起源、表演形式、体育文化价值进行了研究,研究表明:忻州挑椅舞是一项集音乐、技艺性、表演于一体的民间舞蹈项目,它源于古代兵戎文化,依附于敬神祈福、节庆民俗活动,具有传承民族体育文化、强健身心、推动体育旅游发展、丰富全民健身活动等价值。Under the concept of national fitness,the value of sports culture of the chair dance in Xinzhou is an important way to inherit and develop the intangible cultural heritage. Based on the literature,field surveys and other methods,the origin,performances,sports and cultural values of the chair dance in Xinzhou were studied. The research shows that the chair dance of Xinzhou is a collection of music,art,performing in one of the folk dance project,which originated from the ancient soldiers Rong culture,attached to the gods pray for the festival folk activities,with value of heritage of national sports culture,strong fitness center,promoting the development of sports tourism and rich national fitness.
