摘  要:以实验法为主要研究手段,以淮阴师范大学体育舞蹈专业40名有过踝关节损伤的学生为研究对象,运用运动训练学的思路,悬吊训练法为训练手段,针对核心力量训练提高踝关节稳定性进行实证研究,因此减少了踝损伤的复发几率,实验结果表明:经过8周的训练,实验组踝关节处的稳定性明显高于对照组,间接地增强了核心部分小肌肉群能力,分析得出核心力量训练在更有助于增强实验对象核心区域能力同时稳定了踝关节的平衡性,对预防踝关节损伤和康复治疗起到了积极作用。In this paper, the experimental method is taken as the main research method, and 40 students with ankle joint injury in Huaiyin Normal University have been selected as the research object by using the training methods of suspension training and the core strength training. The experimental results showed that after 8 weeks of training, the stability of the ankle joint in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, which indirectly enhanced the small muscle of the core part of the ankle joint. The results showed that core strength training could enhance the ability of the core region and stabilize the balance of ankle joint, which played an active role in the prevention of ankle joint injury and rehabilitation.
