摘 要:0Cr17Ni7Al钢固溶处理后组织转变为马氏体,导致抗拉强度、屈服强度及硬度等指标不合格,这是由于0Cr17Ni7Al钢成分下限的控制导致固溶处理后马氏体(Ms)点高于室温,降温过程中形成了马氏体转变造成的。通过严格控制冶炼化学成分,上调奥氏体形成元素C、Mn、Ni及稳定元素Cr的含量,有效降低了该钢种的马氏体(Ms)转变点,解决了固溶处理后性能不合格问题。During production,the structure of 0Cr17Ni7 Al steel after the solution treatment was transformed to martensitic structure,resulting in the unqualified tensile strength,yield strength and hardness.It was found that the chemical composition of the steel was controlled at lower limit for cost reduction,which caused that the Mstransition point after the solution treatment was higher than the ambient temperature,and the martensitic transformation occurred during the cooling process.By increasing the content of austenite forming elements such as C,Mn,Ni and Cr,the Mstransition point was effectively decreased and the problem of lower property after the solution treatment was solved.
