摘　　要：本文以健康建筑及其评价标准为对象,回顾了健康建筑所关注的内涵变化,简单梳理了健康建筑的研究成果。论文重点介绍了美国健康建筑评价标准——WELL标准的评价指标体系、评价内容以及分级等情况,同时以健康住宅评价标准为例,介绍了中国健康住宅及健康建筑的相关成果。通过分析,澄清了绿色建筑与健康建筑的关系,提出健康建筑评价标准是绿色建筑评价体系的必要补充。Focusing on healthy building and its assessment standard,this paper reviewed the connotation changes of healthy building,and simply sorted the research achievements of health building. It introduced the healthy building assessment standard in the United States-WELL building standard,and its index system,evaluation content and ranking,etc. Relevant works of Chinese healthy residence and building were also introduced by taking healthy residential assessment standard as an example. The relationship between green building and healthy building was clarified by analysis. The author proposed that the evaluation standard of healthy building is a necessary complement to the evaluation system of green building.
